Welcome to Valentina Bakhrushyna — a digital service that creates professional AI-generated photo sessions for beauty professionals worldwide.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms This document is a public offer and forms a legal agreement between the Customer (“you”) and the Service Provider (“Valentina AI Photoshoots”).

By placing an order and completing payment, you accept these terms in full.

2. Description of Services We create AI-generated portraits and branding visuals based on your submitted photos.

• Delivery format: digital files (via email, link, or messenger).
• Delivery time: within 24 hours after receiving your photos (START Package), 48 hours after receiving your photos (STYLE Package) and 72 hours after receiving your photos (VIP BEAUTY Package)

Packages include a specified number of AI images (Standard, Premium, or Branding Deluxe).

3. Customer Obligations You agree to provide clear, high-quality images that belong to you.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the rights to use these photos and grant permission for AI processing.

You must not upload third-party, copyrighted, or offensive content.

4. Payment & Refund Policy All services are custom digital products, therefore non-refundable once AI processing begins.

• If a technical issue occurs, please contact us via valentinessmm@gmail.com — we’ll review each case individually.

5. Image Usage Rights You receive full commercial rights to your AI-generated photos.

• We may display anonymous results (without name or face) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Liability We are not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., style or artistic preference).

• AI generation may slightly differ from your original photos due to technical processes.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
