By ordering or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Terms
This document constitutes a public offer agreement between the Customer (“you”) and Valentina Bakhrushyna the Service Provider .

• By making a payment, submitting a request, or signing a proposal, you accept these terms in full.
• Services include: social media advertising setup (Meta Ads, Instagram/Facebook), audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative development, and analytics.

2. Scope of Services

• All services are delivered remotely and digitally.
• Results and deliverables are shared via email, chat, or project management tools.
• The service begins once full or partial payment is received.
• Each plan includes a specific number of ad campaigns, creatives, and optimization cycles as stated on the website or in your invoice.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on the service package.
• Payment is required upfront before campaign launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Advertising budget (ad spend) is paid separately by the client directly in Meta Ads or other platforms.
• Payments for digital marketing services are non-refundable, as each project involves personal work and strategy customization.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, access to ad accounts, and any required materials (photos, videos, brand info).

• You confirm that all materials you provide comply with Meta’s advertising policies and do not violate third-party rights.
• You are responsible for your own ad spend and platform fees.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities
We commit to launching and managing campaigns according to the strategy and timeline agreed upon.

• We use ethical, transparent methods and follow Meta’s official advertising guidelines.
• We are not liable for changes in Meta algorithms, account bans, or platform errors outside our control.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
As services are digital and time-based, refunds are not available once the work has started.

• If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact us within 24 hours of payment — partial refunds may be considered.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual PropertyAll strategies, ad copies, and creatives created by Valentina Target remain confidential.

• After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use all deliverables for your business.
• We may showcase anonymized results (without business name or budget) as part of our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee a specific number of sales or income.

• Our responsibility is limited to providing professional marketing services according to agreed terms.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
